Unable to download offline maps

Getting a little edgy not being able to solve this, I decided rigourously to reset all settings on my Iphone ... and this solved the problem! I have not found the root cause of the problem but the Scenic app now runs like a house on fire. So hereby my 10 cents for a solution for any next person experiencing the same issue. It just cost me the credits to test the dowloading functionality ;-).

Did like you proposed. No changes. Then I compared the haptic settings to those on a buddy's Iphone. All settings were alike and still I experienced the same problems. I am still fairly convinced I am not using any atypical settings.

That's great news!!! (well..the part where you found a solution 🙂 ) and actually this explains why iOS updates mostly solve it as that also resets the iPhone settings. What did you do exactly? iOS Settings App > General > Reset > Reset All Settings ???

This is fantastic! It worked for me too! A slight pain to setup the phone again but it is worth it to have access to all the features of this app! Well done @tet_lad01!

De enige optie die ik naar mijn weten heb veranderd was een groter font gebruiken. (Da's de leeftijd).
Nu ik mijn instellingen heb gereset kan ik de eerdere fout niet meer reproduceren. Ik ben iig blij dat ik jouw geweldige app kan gebruiken. Ik kom nog wel dagelijks settings tegen die ik opnieuw moet instellen maar niets boven lekker motorrijden :-).
