hi Guys. I’m a bit stuck with this issue. I’ve tried everything I can think of to reproduce this issue, but can’t. Also tried a few possible ‘shooting in the dark’ solutions through beta versions with @osoamazin, but so far no luck.
If you can think of anything that might cause this, or something that is very specific to your device or it’s settings please let me know. Think of things like specific non-default accessibility settings, landscape/portrait rotations, anything really.

I just installed the latest iOS 13,5 beta (17f5065a) and the problem is gone! Thanks for your help @guidomm!

@guidomm, this issue is still happening on the latest version of iOS beta and scenic beta. Not sure if you have any suggestions but I would really like to use this app more.
It seems to affect a very small group of people and be related to iOS versions (as it works in some iOS versions for this people. It in others it doesn’t). I have not been able to reproduce this on any of my devices. I have yet to find out what these people have in common. The only thing that springs to mind is some kind of accessibility setting, but even that is a wild guess.
in Scenic 3 I will revise the ‘expanding sections’ design as a whole so that should resolve it once and for all.

I just purchased a lifetime subscription. I am not able to download Maps. Nor am I able to fold out menu options in the app. I can not see any account Information or the trips that I have saved. (It does work in the ‘ settings’ menu. I am using IPhone XS Max with Ios 14.2. I am not using any atypical settings. Looking forward to a solition. Kind regards.
