Cannot get email from iPhone verification

First time user - iPhone app indicates email address is not verified - please click the verification email that was sent to you.

email address in app account is correct but I have not received the verification email after multiple 'resend' requests.

any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated

Sometimes these automated emails end up in the spam/junk folder. Some providers even block them entirely. I can manually verify your account. What's your Scenic nickname? I checked nickname "BRD2", but that account is already verified it seems.

Thanks Guido; checked spam/junk folder and nothing there - may have created the problem using a different email on the web app vs iPhone app - if you can delete the kaileybutt@**** account, I will recreate using the same email as my web app - might that work? BRD2 is my iPhone username with the aforementioned email

It's very important that you use the same account on all your devices. This will ensure that all your information will sync between the devices using this account. You can't create an account through the WebApp, so you must have created the kaileybutt@*** account on your iPhone (or perhaps another device) too.

So, if I understand correct you would like to keep the BRD2 account (with bdown***@*** email) and you'd like me to delete the account with kaileybutt@* ** email. In that case, could you please send me an email (there is an 'email me' button all the way at the bottom of the support page, reachable through the menu at the top of the page) with the full email address? (otherwise I can not find it as it's encrypted in the database. Alternatively let me know the nickname of that account.

Sorry about that. Sometimes these automated emails are blocked by providers. I have manually verified your account so you should be able to use the app now.
