While I was checking this, I discovered a bug that, in some circumstances (with mixed shaping points and via points), transformed a Kurviger Shaping into a Scenic Stop, and caused a Kurviger Via not to be transferred to Scenic Stop. I've corrected this bug now. If you use the 'Send to Scenic' button again, it should be OK now.

Kurviger Vias are always migrated to Scenic Stops. Kurviger Shaping Points are not migrated to Scenic. In stead Scenic adds its own shaping points (Scenic Vias) to make sure the route is followed as designed.

Scenic doesn’t discard them at first. It uses them to request the route from Kurviger as you designed it. Only then (after it received the full route geometry from Kurviger) Scenic discards them.
