On one tour there were problems in two or three places with the turn signal that did not appear. Can I edit a tour and incorporate relevant information?

Do you mean like placing a comment at a certain location? I’m afraid the only way to do this at this moment, is to take a picture at this point. You can then add a comment to the picture. I am working a a functionality to add comments only along a ride.
