Riding in the rain
Quote from dstnrgrs on July 21, 2020, 10:47I’ve been using Scenic for almost 2 years now and I love it, but on a 2-day ride a couple months ago, I got caught in the rain. My iPhone 8 was mounted on the handlebars and when the rain drops hit the screen, it would move the map and go into route edit mode. I would tap the arrow to return to navigation, but the rain would continue to “trigger” a screen touch. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this from happening?
You can simulate this same scenario by laying your phone on a table and spritzing some water on the screen. If you’re concerned with your phone getting wet, you can put it inside a clear plastic sandwich bag. Finger touches (and rain drops) will still cause the screen to react.

The rain or water drop makes a lot of sense and is a very good explanation for that. For the upcoming update I'll think about how I can make this less sensitive or perhaps find a better way to with to edit mode.
