Recalculate to Start of Route

Is there a way to stop the app from trying to navigate you back to the start of a planned route? With my Garmin 660, if I start a planned route in between the start and end points, it will ask if I want to navigate back to the start. If I answer No it will start navigation of the route from that point.

Yep... after selecting the route, use the 'guidance to route' button:
