Max Data Points? (Saddlesore 1000)

I'll be using Scenic to log a Saddlesore 1000 in May, about an 18 hour ride. I am wondering if that amount of GPX measurements might cause issues with the Scenic app? (ie overflow, crash, stop).

Is there any way to decrease the logging interval in Scenic?

I don't need high precision, a GPX log every 2 minutes or 0.5 miles would be plenty.

It should be fine, but to be sure I recommend to split it up. I.e. save every 200 miles or so, at a stop, and then start a new ride. Then, once finished, create a specific folder and store this 5 or 10 rides in that folder.

I’m planning to add a feature to view all rides in a folder on the map at once, and give summarized stats of the rides in that folder. So, once that features available you’ll still have a log of the total ride.
