IOS agenda integration
I would greatly appreciate if Scenic was able to read-out the locations of you next appointments (like similarly how Apple Maps does). There are several app in the App Store that offer similar functionality, so I can imagine this could be perfectly doable for a developer to implement.

I like the idea. I'll add it to the list for Scenic 3!
Can't make any promises though, as the list is growing all the time. There are some feature requests with higher priority than this. E.g. the 'friends' feature like you mentioned earlier and also integration with the iOS contact app is a big one.
Nice! Is there perhaps a list of feature requests that made it for selection (to be possibly implemented) for Scenic 3 that I can see? It might inspire some additional features that the OP didn't think off.
I add all request that I receive through email, Twitter and here on the forum in a list. I’m not making this list public though as I want to have the opportunity to change my mind, change priorities and implementation order, without disappointing people that grew expectations of such a list.
That part I can totally understand...
On a side note (I don't know if I mentioned this to you earlier) I bought the Black Box Embedded WunderLINQ device today. Seems very promising mainly because it being open source. But that HUD is well... appalling
I contacted a developer that has helped me build several apps over the last decade, to help me build a new UI interface with improved UX based on the integration and implementation of the data read-out of the Black Box but also have direct on screen navigation instructions a map and several other third party API integrations.
In terms of navigation, I would like to see and talk to you about the options if Scenic can be fully integrated in some sort of way as described in the UI layout above. Scenic isn't open source that I know of so my guess is that integration might be restricted to what you deem plausible. But I would therefor like to discuss the options.

The WunderLINQ app is indeed quite ‘functionally’ oriented 🙂. Scenic does integrate with the WunderLINQ app (in the sense that you can set Scenic as preferred nav app in the WunderLINQ app (allowing to open Scenic with a destination already selected), and that you can return to the wunderlinq app from Scenic).
Also, Scenic does have a public API. The endpoints all open Scenic (this is also what the WunderLINQ app uses). None of them allow deep integration of Scenic inside another app though.
