Import and Export functions
Does anyone know if I can use the Export function to use the data for import on the new Harley Davidson built in GPS systems. Our group has people using different platforms for following the GPS during a road trip. It looks like the .gpx files are similar but defiantly not the same. We also have people that use REVER with the same issues.
When I take a trip I record it using the Scenic app and it works great then I publish it. I don't want to record using three different software companies for the same points.

Exported ROUTES from Scenic can be imported in the HD system. I've had users with problems, and made some changes to get it working...that's how I know for sure.
Exported RIDES (so the recording you are mentioning) can't be imported in the HD system I believe, because those are exported as a GPX track element. The HD system needs a GPX route element as far as I know.
You could use the 'Create route from ride' button above the map preview of the ride. That gives you a chance to 'clean up' the ride a bit (so the route doesn't include those wrong turns and gas stops you made during the ride) and then send that route to your friends.
