Efficient vs Fast

This is probably a moot point since v3 is right around the corner, but still. For some reason Scenic thinks that a "fast" route will take 12 minutes longer than an "efficient" route.

The efficient routing mode takes other speeds to calculate duration. I've increased those values to account for motorcycle being faster than cars mostly. This override can only be applied for efficient routing mode. Fast and short use the speed values as supplied by the map data.

But, indeed, Scenic 3 will completely revise this.
