Cant access "statistics" or "Offline Maps"

Hi, I cant access any maps or offline maps from my account. Can access "Account" but nothing else works. Go into settings but can only see Distance/Dark Mode/Hide Max Speed. Have deleted App, restarted iphone, reloaded app. Still no joy, any help appreciated. Also deleted my account and reloaded, still not working...... is it me or!!!!

It sound like you are experiencing the problem where sections don't expand. Meanwhile a user found a solution for it. Here's the forum post with the solution. This also explains why this is such an obscure problem. I'm still looking into finding a more structural and workable solution.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have tried all of the options but none seem to work. Just downloaded iOS14.3 but that seems to have made no difference. Looks like I'll just have to wait for the solution 🙂

Just to double checked... you tried the ‘reset all settings’ suggestion?

Hi Guido

Ive reset the settings of the phone and the stats, maps etc now appear ok. I'd only recommend this as a last resort as its a pain to get all the settings back to the personal settings, all the changes back have not altered the scenic so all ok (except my nerves). Thanks for the quick response, Ian

Totally understand. I’m looking into it again this week to see if I can recode the expanding sections.
