Could you please send me an email through the support page (see menu at the top). At the bottom of the support page there is an ‘email me’ button. In the email please include:
Your Apple ID (assuming you are the family organizer… if not please also include the family organizer Apple Id)
Your Scenic nickname
Your son’s Apple ID
Your son’s Scenic nickname
