App crashed 2 times from 5 during the ride
Hi there, good app so far, thanks @guidomm!
I run into a crash of the app 2 times during my first 5 rides.
I did not interact with the app after starting the ride. First time it happened after around 1 hour of riding. Second time today – after 25 min or so.
OK. That’s not normal. Would you mind sending me the crash reports through email? There is an email me button all the way at the bottom of the support page.
The crash reports are on your phone: iOS Settings App > Privacy > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data
Now look for the row(s) that starts with Scenic. and has the date and time of the crashes. Select that row / those rows and then use the upper right button to send it to me.
