Yearly subscription did not auto-renew

Sometimes the yearly auto-renewal of your Premium membership is not automatically registered in Scenic. If that happens with your account, Scenic thinks that you are no longer Premium. In that case you need to restore your premium subscription like so:

In Scenic go to Me > Premium & Offline Maps > Premium Get/Restore and then tap ‘Restore Subscription’ at the bottom.

This will check your subscription status with the Apple server, and if you have a valid subscription, it will be re-registered with Scenic.

Please note that this only works for the Yearly Premium subscription. If you have Premium Forever this won’t work. In that case please contact support through the email button at the bottom of the support page. Make sure to mention your Scenic nickname and attach a proof of purchase.
