Not seeing Premium status

Where can I see if I’m Premium?

In the side menu. It will say Scenic Premium if you are premium. If not, it will just say Scenic.

 

Scenic doesn’t show Premium status

Please follow the steps below, depending on if you have the yearly premium subscription or if you purchased Premium Forever in the past.

I am subscribed to the yearly Premium subscription

Sometimes, it happens that a subscription or a subscription renewal does not register correctly. In that case, you can restore the subscription from within the Scenic app. To do this:

  • Tap your profile picture in the side menu
  • Expand ‘Account’ section
  • Tap Premium row
  • Tap the “restore” link at the bottom

This will contact the App Store to check your subscription status, and if you have an active premium subscription, it will update Scenic’s Premium status.

I purchased Premium Forever in the past

We will have to restore this for you. Please send a direct email to us using the ‘Email’ button at the bottom of scenic.app/help. Please mention your Scenic nickname and include proof of purchase.

Proof of purchase can simply be a screenshot of your App Store purchase history or the receipt mail you got from Apple (search your mail for “Your invoice from Apple” as subject line). If you purchased through the Scenic WebApp, search your mail for “Receipt from Applified Life” or “Your ScenicApp receipt”.
