Purchase did not register

Why is my purchase / map download not showing?

Sometimes it happens that a purchase does not register in the Scenic App. Depending on the purchase here’s what you need to do:

Missing Premium Subscription

In Scenic go to Me > Premium & Offline Maps > Premium Get/Restore and then tap ‘Restore Subscription’ at the bottom.

Missing Premium Forever / Missing Credits

I will have to restore this for you. Please send me a proof op purchase through the contact option on the support page, and mention your Scenic nickname

Proof of purchase can simply be a screenshot of your App Store purchase history or the receipt mail you got from Apple (search your mail for “Your invoice from Apple” as subject line). If you purchased through the Scenic WebApp search your mail for “Your MotoMappers receipt” or “Your ScenicApp receipt”

Missing Offline Maps

I will have to restore these for you. Please let me know which regions you downloaded before, but are not in your DOWNLOADED-PURCHASED section in the Me tab. You can use the contact option on the support page for this. Please mention your Scenic nickname in the email!
