I'm using SP connect. Pretty much the same as Quadlock. So far very happy with it. It's very solid.
At the moment I'm using an old iPhone SE which is used only for navigation and I have no idea if the camera is damaged or not.
Since my Africa Twin has Apple CarPlay I plan to start using my main phone (iPhone 8) and ordered an antivibration module as well just to be sure. Previous bike on the photo...
I'm about 99% sure it will. It will go in between the ball and the blue mount. Like so
Without the dampener, the blue mount screws into the ball. With the dampener the dampener will screw in the hole where the blue mount used to screw into... and the blue mount will screw onto the dampener.
If you want to be 100% sure...best to ask Quad Lock.
As for the Ram mount working with the Vibration Dampner, you were right..... Awesome! Still waiting on shipping answers.

it's Christmas! My ordered parts arrived today. Only the knuckle adapter is not the part I ordered. It looks way different to the part you can see on the picture in the post above.
My delivered adapter contains one plastic part with two tiny screws and I don't know how to mount it between the base handlebar mount and the Quad Lock head...
This is what I expected.
I already sent Quad Lock a mail with pictures. For the beginning I can mount the parts I have and see how looks like.
Looks like they sent me a camera/light adapter.

it's done. I mounted it without the knuckle adapter an it looks well. Already had a small ride and there wasn't any vibration I could feel.
Wireless charger is conntected to the ignition, so I can't forget to switch off the charger.
There ist one thing that disturbes me. When I mounted the case to my iPhone the display protection was lifted at the edges, because the case is so tight around the corners. First I thought I didn't put on the protection glass exactly in the middle. Then I used another glass and it was the same. The corners were lifted by the case. So I ruined two glasses now.
Guido, are you using any protection on your 12 pro display? If yes, what kind? I guess I have to look for a protection glass which is slightly smaller on the egdes.
Here's my Quad Lock setup on my new bike (KTM 1290 Super Adventure R):
I bought a cheap GPS mounting bar of AliExpress, which mounts to the screen. On the bar I attached the QuadLock using the standard handlebar mount. On the mount I have the Quad Lock vibration dampener and on top of that I have the Quad Lock Motorcycle Wireless Charging head (not the car one).
As you can see this whole construction sticks out quite a bit, and as you can imagine it vibrates a lot more than the setup on my previous bike (directly to the handlebars in stead of the screen) due to the longer 'arm'.
However, I have now ridden almost 1500 km with this setup and so far no damage to my phone. I believe this is because of the vibration dampener. Even though I can see the windscreen vibrating quite a bit at higher speed, the phone stays relative still. Not as still as it did on my old bike with the old setup, but still readable at every speed.
