"Bookmarking" Points Of Interest While On Route
Forgive me if this feature exist and I haven't found it.
It would be great if while riding I could mark a location as I pass it for future reference. "That looks like a cool swimming hole" or "That turn looks interesting. Maybe I could plan it into a future route". The idea being while you ride you could just push a button on your control panel to quickly "mark" that spot so you could look into it after your ride.

Hi, I was about to post exactly the same feature request until I found this thread. Where can we see a list of features actually considered for the future releases? Also is there any application "roadmap" where we can see when a particular feature is planned to be delivered? I know I might be asking too much but this app is amazing and I can't wait for the next release! And marking a spot while I am riding is so needed. I always go back to my daily routes trying to remember and find these spots that were worth my attention.
I understand the request. I have such a list, but I'm not publishing it. I base order and priority on (1) how much a feature is being asked for (2) how difficult / time consuming it will be to implement (3) if/how it can be combined with other items on the list to save time overall and lastly (4) my personal thought on the direction the app should move in (as the developer I keep that prerogative 🙂). Reason why I'm not publishing the list is mostly because (1) I don't want to give away too much to the competition and (2) it's a dynamic list... it changes all the time and frankly (3) it would take too much maintenance to keep such a list public and up to date. Hope you understand 🙂
I can tell you that this one is high on the list and will definitely be part of Scenic 3 (for next motorcycle season).
